The International Property Awards body has adjudged Adom city housing project as the best social housing development Ghana in this year's Africa & Arabia Property Awards 2021/2022.  

The International Property Awards is the most innovative, imaginative and effective interior designs, developments, architectural projects and single properties. The awarding body seeks each region’s most accomplished real estate agents and property consultants to determine these with the most impressive portfolios, and strategic marketing.

The judging panel for the International Property Awards is composed of experts and experienced members across a wide range of disciplines and property related specialties, headed by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverly.

The Adom city estates competed for the highest achievements with companies in all sectors of the built and real estate industry in Africa & Arabia. The judges are made of an independent panel of over 80 industry experts.

The Adom city estates company has built strategic alliances with recognized institutions to address the housing needs of its clients by implementing strategies that have been linking organizations to the trusted mortgage providers and in some cases a customized in-house mortgage after making some initial lump-sum payments.

According to Adom city estates the company has a keen interest in reducing the current housing deficit in Ghana.
