Harsh Weather Conditions Affecting Gardeners.

"The harsh weather condition affects our plants which doesn't make it attractive for consumers to patronize the plants."- Mr. Wisdom Hallo

Indoor plants and vases filled with flowers can be a cheerful and mood-lifter moment giving an atheistic look and sweet fragrance to our environment. The availability of local fresh-cut flowers and greens make flower arranging a very accessible hobby to florists and gardeners as well. Not only do green plants and vases beautify our surroundings, it boosts mood and happiness and also promotes sensory stimulation and can also reduce stress. An attractive and well-maintained landscape can add as much value to your home and Real Estate Buyers.

The Gardening business is a profitable one that provides a good work-life when managed properly, if looked closely gardeners are located on the street of Accra at various points. Most people are venturing into the business due to the high patronage from consumers.

Real Estate Times Africa engaged with Mr. Wisdom Hallo, a gardener, he expressed his worry about the extent to which the business has been affected by the harsh weather conditions. "The sunny season does not favor gardeners and florists because there are not enough rains to grow the plant to bloom to make it attractive for consumers to patronize their goods and services adding that the business has also had its share of the immense negative impact of coronavirus pandemic.

.

Mr. Hallo said plants need enough attention and care which is why they need to be kept in a conducive environment for preservation. The humid weather temperature can affect seed buddings, saying the current weather conditions are not suitable for budding plants for clients.

Gardeners make enough sales during the rainy season, confessing that not less than three hundred Ghana cedis300gh daily sales can be realized during the period, which to him makes the gardening business very lucrative. Most estate developers fall for their services on landscaping during this period.

Next to him was a Potter, Mr. Harrison Dartey, he sells flower pot, he said he is also affected by the services of gardeners and florist, if the business is slow it affects his too also because the planting of greens and flowers are complemented with vases and flower pot. \.
