Our Partnership With Radisson Hotel Group, An ‘End-To-End Solution’ To Upgrading Our Competences - CFO, Earlbeam Group.

It is often uncommon for international corporates groups to partner local counterparts to execute projects, especially in our part of the developing economies. Nonetheless, one of the global hotel group giants, Radisson Hotel Group on Monday, March 1, 2021 signed a partnership agreement with Earlbeam Group of companies to construct the ‘Earl Height Suite Hotel’ in the capital city of Ghana. The project’s partnership agreement is first of its kind signed by Radisson Individuals (specialized in operating hotels) which is part of the brands of Radisson Hotel Group.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Earlbeam Group, Mr. Godwin Danso Darkwah pointed out the potential benefits that his outfit stands to gain. He indicated that partnering with the international hotel giant will help Earlbeam develop the right standards as well as enhance quality control right from the project inception stage to its operation.

The first benefit to us as a real estate developer is to have a partner who will actually help us develop the right standards that are accepted internationally. Secondly, they are also going to help us in the quality control stage; from inception of the project all through the planning, the construction and even the operations of it”, Mr. Darkwah stressed.

He concluded that the partnership agreement will help his outfit upgrade its competences. “So, its literary more or less an end-to-end solution to help us upgrade our competences …”, Mr. Dankwah added.

On their part, Mr. Erwan Garnier, Development Director of Radisson Hotel Group, Africa, expressed his excitement for the partnership agreement. “… we are very happy to sign this project with Earlbeam Group as our first Radisson Individual in Africa and especially being the first in the capital of Ghana, Accra”, Mr. Garnier indicated.
