SEC Request For Expression Of Interest (REOI) Consultancy Services

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) – Ghana, has initiated plans to apportion part of its budgetary allocation to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services to Develop Scheme of Service for the Securities And Exchange Commission (SEC), Ghana.

The services will include the review of the existing Scheme of Service, work with the New Organogram and other relevant documents and develop a new five (5) year comprehensive Scheme of Service, undertake a research of other regulators in relation to the assignment.

SEC also intends to engage some key stakeholders including; SEC management and staff and the Office of Public Services Commission (PSC) to harness ideas to guide the assignment, develop a robust Scheme of Service for the SEC in line with international best practice and ensure that the Scheme of Service complies with the Guidelines of PCS.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) – Ghana, wishes to invite eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services.

Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended, of the Republic of Ghana and shall meet the following criteria: Certificate of Registration of Firm, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Certificate, Valid SSNIT Certificate, Evidence of registration with Public Procurement Authority, Relevant Experience of Firm, Availability and Experience of relevant key staff, and Any other requirements as necessary.
